To be fair. An unlisted board with people you might be more familiar with could possibly be a safer environment for newcomers than this place. Even in this board's earlier days there's been concern of outsiders coming to a thread like this to self-promote without knowing the slightest thing about the site's culture, so it's not like selfposters are exactly met with open arms here. Meanwhile back there it's pretty much accepted that chuubas are all lurking and posting, and even knowing the thread exists speaks for a bit of know how on how the place works.

The front desk is for attracting viewers, which all chuubas are in desperate need of. The other thread is for unfiltered chuuba posting, I think.

Ever since my oshi died, I've spent most of my day and night dumpster diving through Twitch to nurture and support floundering vtubers, the ones that struggle to get 200, 50 or even 15 viewers. The joy of discovering upstart tubers is indescribable.

Well the inherent purpose is for movie watchalongs, but they're also used for stream watchalongs when no movies are to be watched at the time.
While they're less needed than for Holos, since the chats are so slow, they can still work well for having an unfiltered second stream chat.
