This is weird because I've also heard people saying that the CCV is underreported as proven by when they do a poll in chat and it instantly gets more votes than the entire number of viewers in chat, with one theory being that adblockers make you not count as a viewer. So I guess it's whatever is most convenient to the argument at the moment, huh. I think it genuinely is just that some people have viewers that don't feel the need to spam the chat all the time, whilst other people may have the same amount of viewers but do spam the chat. It's all a matter of what kind of people your viewers are. Immature streamers beget immature viewers.

Gura almost always streams at 5pm PST/8pm EST, which means its when there's the most goddamn people awake across multiple timezones and people are off work/school. She also has waaaaaaaaaaaaaay more members and her slow mode isn't as long as Mori's is. That means her chat is going to be, relative to Mori's, TURBO speed. Like, her chat moves about as fast as Pekora's does, and she has 2/3rd to 3/4s of Pekora's CCV.

She essentially said that she loves the ship, that it isn’t dead, and that their dynamic is just going to change from then on because she wants to get closer to Mori without Mori acting cold to her on stream. She killed the dynamic more than she did the ship.
