I don't mind tuning into streams and just having them on in the background, especially if it's a more popular chuuba like one from HoloEN. In those cases, I won't even bother keeping the chat box open. I usually just lurk anyway, so I don't mind it if the streamer isn't constantly engaging with chat. But to actually get annoyed with a streamer for interacting with their viewers is ridiculous. Go watch lets plays if that's your thing.
