She's good but her novelty was in being one of the very first English speaking chuubas who is also Japanese, aka someone who actually feels like a real vtuber in the vein of a Holo, and not some twitch thot.

When HoloEN first came out Pika was one of the only other options out there for a similar East-West hybrid feel - however since then on top of the countless indies aping the style you have NijiEN and also more HoloENs. So she just feels less and less special in comparison. These days what DOES pika bring to the table? Her kettle laugh? Her being ragey at games sometimes is nothing unique. Her not being another bitchy twitch thot is nothing unique. She is just kinda there.

That's not to say Pika is bad now, I still think she is good and her combo of traits make her still pretty ideal even today - but more like if you compare her interests and personality to various Holos or Nijis Pika is kind of very vanilla/mellow and ordinary of a person. VOMS itself feels like that, a very casual / down to earth group.
