Nijimale clips are getting uploaded by K-Pop fangirls and they're getting good views.
The most subscribed member in the latest Tsunderia wave is a male.
The western male VTuber popularity takeoff is only a matter of time.
It's not an if, but a when.
The only question is which VTuber will spearhead it.

That clipper has been clipping Nijisanji for over a year actually (with varying quality). Most popular male-only or male focused clippers are utaite fangirls and get better views than this person, but every girl online has listened to Kpop.

Who knows, they'd have to be highly prolific to make a dent into the oversaturated market of make streamers. The novelty of having an anime Avatar ain't gonna cut it.

>> No.12405967

Not really. Being a faggot isn't a desirable trait for a western male streamer.

male clips also have much better translations because fujos do more reps

>> No.12406055

That's debatable, I've seen some pretty dogshit ESL translation channels focused on nijimales

>> No.12406097

>>12406013
Eh, fujos are passionate but there are still a bunch of shitty translations from there. Clipper in OP is an ESL. Mostly they rally around the bunch who translate on Twitter.

As a fellow Nijimale clipper this channel popped up in my recommended feed and actually made me a bit upset. I am working on some rofmao clips with proper typeset and translation but as I am wageslave I can't upload that fast. Now people will probably not watch it because they already saw that person's 60 seconds clips yikes.

>> No.12406630

>>12406413
Upload it anyway. If someone wants to know what the guys were saying during the stream, they'd click a longer clip, not a 16 second snip of them cartwheeling. Just because one is easier to consume doesn't make the other useless

15 seconds are way too short for me to enjoy, unless we're talking about a 20+ minute long video i'd rather watch a longer clip since it gives context, buildup and punchline rather than haha they did a funny. If you're close to finishing it you might as well toss it out, it's still less wasted time than scrapping everything, but you do you.

>> No.12407324

>>12406413
I'd much prefer high quality clips than some 15 second clip.

>> No.12408035

>>12406413
Personally I'd prefer high quality clips, so if you ever finish it, please link it in the nijimale or main niji threads, it'll help me greatly as an eop...

i got that channel out of my recommended a while ago, i like longer and properly translated clips more. i understand why people like what this channel posts but i think that sort of thing (shorter, usually not translated) belongs on twitter.

>>12406413
There's a different between meme/no context clips than what you're doing, also keep on doing rofmao clips, I always thought that that type of nijishows are the perfect gateway to NijiJP surface knowledge for kaigaifags so we surely need that kind of clips someday

>> No.12409166

This, I wish that Nijiquiz could be translated one day

>> No.12410149

>>12409135
I personally find these shows easier to translate because the subs are on screen most of the time and I don't need to listen to what they say. But on the other hand typesetting this is a pain in the ass. It's still kinda fun but takes lots of time.

>>12408035
I don't think people here like clip advertisement but if you wanna dig my channel up, some anons here shared my clip of ago drinking coffee and I also recently typesetted part 1 of the island adventure. Rofmao clips will probably take me a bit longer because I am focusing on translating the island stuff for now.

I remember you, take your time probably drop the clips in 2434, Meschers, and VALZ discord so users there can tweet it out and it'll spread more

think about how rich the kpop top dogs are and ask yourself this question again. you can ignore almost everything when you're successful.

Getting views and money always necessitates inevitably attracting retards. Just look at Hololive fans.
