I searched and only found one vtuber who has played Arkham City, some small jap indie named Angelina. The voice is pretty weird, I guess it's a babiniku. Can't be assed to watch more than a few seconds but he seems to handle the combat well enough and knows to counter instead of just mashing strike, which is more than I can say about a lot of people who have played these games on Youtube.
