Its better to just come to terms that ID/EN are never going to get 3D. Cover has to wait for the Jap government to lift restrictions, then Cover has to go through the process of getting them in the country for a certain period of time so they can use the studio.

Holostars are still going through their 3D debuts. They also have a 3D music celebration coming up where they also get male idol outfits. After all of that is done, ID1 is next in line for 3D debut, and those 3 are going to Japan together for it. Once THAT is done, then the focus can be turned to EN1, which will probably end up being similar to ID where they all debut together.
