Short version: An anon in Texas printed out some Twitter artist’s drawing (OP pic related) and went to a convention, impersonated the artist, and tried to sell them, but only got disgusted looks and no eye contact from cosplaying “roasties”, so he started trying to give them away, at which he also failed.
