They're not obscure kanjis, they're part of the kanjis taught at school. 膣内射精 means intravaginal ejaculation.
Normally it's read as "chitsunai shasei", but that's a very biological and stiff way of reading it.
It's actually very common in doujins with a different reading, like "naka" (for inside) "dasu" (cumming, letting out).
