That said, storytime animators are like PNGtubers where they're similar in concept to vtubing but not the same either. When they get a rig and use it regularly, which has happened with a number of PNGtubers and storytime animators, they count imo.

To consider it a VTuber you'd have to consider series like Arby 'n' the Chief as a VTuber, or even any TV series or cartoon as a VTuber.
