She is an unlucky black cat who dreams of being a lucky rabbit idol. Lately, she's been playing some retro games and just chatting with a lot of very random and non-sensical but fun content! She is limited with what she can do because of poor internet and a potato PC, but she works super hard to support every aspect of her life, she made her own Live2D model in just a couple of days.

She, herself, is fairly close to a cinnamon bun. However, she's got a penchant for shitposting. Heavily. Instead of the more typical "chuuba plays game while bantering with the chat" or "zatsudan with(out) some focal activity" that remain even slightly on focus, she'll switch activities at the drop of a hat, including setting her chat AND herself to scroll in place indefinitely, inventing new props to stick on herself, opening YouTube and playing monkey videos or clown music, playing video games (often painfully badly), impromptu actually good karaoke, and hit most of these things in the span of half-an-hour or less. In short, she's not nasty.
However, she's got someone that fits right in with the most demented seanigs on YouTube that's permanently rumproasted at her. The spicy one will bitch, and moan, and wail, and spew shit for more than 12 of the 24 hours of a day, without ceasing. If you can outschizo that, by all means, take your shot.

To be honest the best way to describe her is she’s obviously just a child at heart. When she used to be more open about her personal life on stream I almost remember her saying she had to grow up too fast. She really isn’t everyone’s cup of tea and I think she already knows that but she really is a sweetheart

Oh, true, Lapin's usual artist has never done Live2D before right?
Personally, my second choice for Lapin would be this artist, but their commissions are closed right now and a full body is probably out of Lapin's price range (650USD)
But the art has this nice 'cute but slightly unsettling' feeling that would go with Lapin's cute but born from chaos lore.

honestly i think most any artist with experience doing live2d is out of her price range on her own, but to have something drawn by either lewdpigo or highly rigged by crowphet could be very doable, crow is a very good rigger and more than affordable
I love the live2d's she makes herself but if she wants to have one made by someone else she'll have to swallow a bit of pride and ask for help getting it done, but I know how tricky it can be to ask for help on something that feels extra

I think the only reason she even is considering outsourcing is from the comments in her live2d and her losing confidence. it must be hard seeing people who started around the same time as you, upgrading to fancier models and still only having a self done model with a poor working computer
