Autoimmune disorder caused by genetics, specifically CVID. She was a singer who got a severe lung infection that almost killed her and left her completely bedridden and wheelchair bound due to her almost complete loss of muscle tone while recovering. Because of her immune disorder she can almost never go outside of her sanitized room except for emergency visits to the doctor, and copes with it through watching anime and vtubers. Thankfully, she's been able to afford better medication and has been making progress to recovery. This sounds like a lot of personal information, but she's open about this stuff and talks a lot about how vtubing helps her escape from it.
