Hololive is more strict on streaming schedules actually. They require their talents to stream minimum 3 times a week as a rule, with exceptions at management's discretion like if they're sick or travelling or taking a hiatus. The thought of someone streaming for nearly a year in members-only wouldn't be possible in Hololive. At some point management would force her to either stream or graduate unless she had some extenuating health issue like Miko.

The reason Ayame gets a pass is because she's been around a long time and has a long term health issue that makes streaming difficult. Well she started off as one character but we all know how that went, if she's chosen to become more eccentric rather than sliding down to just being herself just for views I'm sorry but she's chosen that hard path, as for the voice it does suck and while I wish they didn't hurt themselves like that but it does help with privacy concerns

Everyone's different but I'm an introvert I'm happy away from literally everything, if she isn't then I'm surprised she just didn't aim for the minimum amount of time to stream, no need to do 8 hour marathons surely, that way she can do more fun stuff throughout the week and keep herself energized
