No, its just that Minecraft changed the random number generator. Which means seeds that used to work in previous snapshots now generate completely different terrain. Between 21w39a and 21w40a the same seed generated identical terrain but different biomes in those terrain because they use the same number or "seed". However the random number generator is changed in 21w41a. Meaning the seeds you got in 39a and 40a now generate completely different terrain and biomes. I got lucky with some Sana related seeds. You can use text instead of numbers to generate a world. However this time I'm not so lucky finding decent worlds with "Sana's Landing" nor "#sanalanding". Those texts I used for seeds. I'll have to see about what other Sana-related seeds bring.

Well the seed "Sana is BEEG" got me a village next to a BEEG snowy mountain. The village is close to spawn but still quite a walk away. I think that's it for snapshot seeds tonight. Actually I got one more. "BEEG Sana" gives me this bamboo jungle on top of a mountain in the middle of a river with a aquifer tunnel in the middle. Not my cup of tea for bases. I'm shutting down my PC for the night now.
