How would you imagine a budding holostars branch?
What kinds of people are working there? What personalities are the staff, managers, and talents? What commitments would it took to make it successful? What are the conditions for it to be deemed "successful"? How long would it take? How do they interact with everyone else in the business?

Try not to say what should be avoided or shunned away, let's keep things affirming as we build this from the ground up, instead of picking out flaws from each other's theories and not progressing.
