Part of it is that you had a bunch of people who had people they wanted to share that have now done so, part is that there aren't that many new vtubers over any given period of time let alone ones that can sing, and part is that once you've got enough you follow, keeping up with them eats the time you might have spent getting bored and dumpster diving.

Unless you're streaming on Reality, it takes substantially more investment in time and money to get an avatar and rig it then to stream with a facecam. While it's certainly possible to do on the cheap, that selects for people with a certain technical prowess which are going to be the opposite of the theater kids who'll be a strong singer on average. While you're right that there are a legion of people who're streaming to an audience of no one, digging through them is an arduous process which feeds into the third part I mentioned, and there hasn't been an event like DSTM lately to give a stage for the unknowns to shine on.

She said she wants do it again, but she's been so busy she hasn't streamed as AZKi at least for almost a month now. From what she's tweeted about, it seems like she has at least a part time position if not a full on day job, so it's honestly impressive that she's running so many music careers on top of a more traditional career.

Of note is that she actually dances while singing during 3D, frequent karaokes and covers too wouldn't say the quality is the best though

By the way what would you guys say are good songs to look out for when checking out how good singers are? Preferably more popular ones so they can actually be used

I search YouTube occasionally for new VSinger talent, but there really isn't that much that's noteworthy in the indie scene.

In terms of agency VSingers, I think the last relevant one was EDGAR from ProjectBLUE (Else's agency) and she hasn't released anything since her first upload two months ago. Other than that, still waiting for results from Riot Music's 2nd auditions and from Aimer's agency's VSinger auditions (https://onlyvoice.jp/).). Megalight (Stella and Madoka's agency) also announced auditions for 2nd gen today (https://panora.tokyo/archives/35150).).

Anyone knows any decent vsinger that use voice changer? Delutaya seems to abandon it from the most recent streams and it is a big shame since I just started to like that kind of style.

Her vocals are insanely skilled. Probably the best in terms of how quality to subs ratio. Feels like an opera singer. There are timing problems so she's probably not used to fast songs. If she could fix it she would be perfect.

Nayuta wasn't kidding about featuring on so many albums at M3. I also appreciate her making a sub account for her casual tweets, makes her able to tweet out songs and other things she likes without polluting her professional account's timeline.
