She's already signed to a label with Morinaka Kazaki, under the Petit Fleurs duo. She's had a budding musical career for a full year at this point, with the management's blessing. As for the idol stuff, she was enthusiastic about performing live, to the point that she had to take a break from streaming after she overworked herself with dance practice and voice coaching, all provided by the management. She ended up being brilliant on-stage, so the gamble paid off, and made her even more popular. Gibara retiring is unlikely to be related to issues within Nijisanji itself. It's a shame, but looks to be a zero drama case overall.

Nijisanji is really quite good to their more proactive talent, and gives the rest the time and freedom they want/need to get their act together, if they ever will. They've taken this laissez-faire approach since around mid-2019, when Ichikara restructured the entire branch. That had to be done because before then, Nijisanji was a troubled company and at a risk of losing most or all their talent due to bad, borderline abusive working conditions.
