I honestly think the GURA report is borderline useless in the current state of the game, and I've only been maintaining it as a reference point for metagame shifts. It tracks data at a slightly different angle from the Numbers Review reports, so it's worth keeping around on that merit alone.
Its main use to players is to track what the Top 20 are doing, but we already know what the Top 20 are doing. They do it every week. People below them are doing it too. Placement isn't completely luck, and there is money moving around, but the game's stagnating enough that you as a player should not need to review the Top 20 wallets for information on how to get ahead. If you're not climbing corpses, you already know how to get ahead.

The main thing to look out for is "wet" aging; it's become quite common among main stream retailors, does nothing for the flavour but let's them charge more since it's "aged". Wet aging is akin to freezing something and claiming it's aged. As snobby as it may sound, if you want to try dry aged beef you need to go to a proper butcher. If you can justify the price I personally believe it's worth it, but try it for yourself, if and when you can. A lot of the time I'm eating beef because it tastes NICE and the protein is good, too.

I just spent an hour talking about how much I love overpriced steak, but I just ate a pop tart. I'm fucking broke and sometimes I like carbs. My diet plan is peanut satay udon for the next 3 days. I bought cheap packs of chickens drums, simmer them then shred the meat off and mix it in with shredded cucumber, it's the best chicken salad recipe I've ever had. Peanut butter, noodle water, chinxiang vinegar and whatever seasoning you fancy. I have a big tub of chinese chicken powder, it's basically chicken bullion and MSG but you buy it from your asian grocery and it's 1/2 the price of a normal shop. It's REALLY good.
