From my understanding content on twitch can only stay on twitch for 24 hours. That means no clips or VODs on the things streamed within 24 hours. You can have part 1 of a game and then continue it straight up on youtube since it counts as separate content. You see a lot of youtube/twitch streamers jump between platforms all the time and as long as the content is not 100% the same thing it's okay.
