Considering a streamer often loses 4/5ths of their viewers for the super chat readings, they're not very popular in general. Plus, Ina has more than just Hololive. She does freelance work for games and anime companies on the side. For a good 9 months of her career she literally didn't have time to do super chats. Either we get 1 hour of stream and 2 hours of super chats, or we get 3 hours of stream. Ina choose the latter and for that, I'm thankful.

As for not reading Superchats, Fubuki and Pekora are similar. They'll 'sometimes' extend a stream to read a few superchats, but for the most part they don't read them. It's the girls that need to rely on sucking chats dick to be successful that generally read superchats the most.
