take Elira who was in a decline for instance.

You underestimate how easy it is to keep one or two streamer(s) around for any big corp (i.e: Cover / AnyKara, AnyKara in this specific case). Staffs and 3D studio, for example, can be shared between chuuba. They don't pay livers monthly salary, so that's one less expense to worry about too. The cut from SCs and merchs should be more than enough to make a profit.
