I just grabbed a bunch of Vtubers and called it good. Some no-name indies were included. I don't know every popular indie. Some popular indies might not be included. I may not have written their names in the proper order. Some indies might not speak English or they might speak English occasionally.

Some of hololive ID and nijisanji ID have a lot of EN content, so I added them all.

>1: qualification round
day 1 - Pick who you like, 112 make it to the bracket.
Most voted 8 are seeded into the round of 32.
Most voted 16 are seeded into the round of 64.
If there are ties in the bottom rankings, for example #80-120 all have only 1 vote, they will move on to the rating round, where the lowest scores will be eliminated.

>2: rating round - Rate each VT 1-10 - Pick which groups you're interested in.
Three groups:
Top 8, 9-16, and everyone else.
The average rating of each vtuber determines their seed within their group.
For example, in the top 8, if the lowest rating is 3.2 and in the 9-16 group the lowest rating is 3.8, the vtuber in the top 8 from round 1 would be seeded #8, and the lowest in the 9-16 is seeded #16 despite having a higher rating.

day 10: Winners Semifinal, Round 5 Losers (4 from R4L -> 2 to R6L)
day 11: Round 6 Losers (4: 2 from Ro4, 2 from R5L -> 2 to R7L)
day 12: Winners Final, Round 7 Losers (2 from R6L -> 1 to Losers Final)
day 13: Losers Final (2: 1 from Winners Final, 1 from R7L -> Grand Final)

day 14: Grand Final (Winner of Winners vs Winner of Losers, 1 vote takes all)
Note: if Grand Final is between two participants that have already gone head-to-head, the total number of votes across both matches will be used to determine the winner. However, votes in the grand final will count twice. For example, if in match one, A had 100 votes and B had 50 votes, and in the grand final, A had 50 votes and B had 76 votes, B would win the grand final. The total scores would be A = 100 + (50*2) = 200, and B = 50 + (76*2) = 202. B's 75 would result in a tie with 200 points for both sides, and if B won the grand final 74 to 50, A would win the entire tournament.
Otherwise, the Grand Final will be a single match winner takes all.

You should check /wvt/ since it's the only thread dedicated to all EN indies, they have a googledoc with pics of all the thread favorites. Considering probably only /wvt/ posters and the bigger indie threads will even care enough to vote for indies, it might be worthwhile to add them, but that's your call.
At the very least it's worth adding the rest of Shirayuri Productions, since you've already got Nyaru listed.

If we're talking about unity, then the winner has got to be NijiEN for me. NijiEN members have the best chemistry that I have ever seen in a vtuber group, and it's the only EN group where I actively watch all members. I'm also under the impression that most fans of NijiEN watch the other members given their similar subscriber counts for basically everyone.

Subs wise it is pretty equal but live viewers jump for Lumi and Seina more than the rest. Lumi and Seina both average 80-150 while the rest are 30-60 depending on the game. Hylo loses too much energy during her streams and Yuri until recently didnt talk enough to be engaging. Pandoras only issue is her appeal to the idol market which makes it a harder climb for her.
