I find the Tsugunohi games more like something from The Twilight Zone than something that is intentionally supposed to be a very scary game. Interesting scenarios with a little bit of a spooky twist to them. Also, viruses mutate very fast to adapt to their new hosts, and thus the least deadly versions are the ones that thrive, because they do not kill you.
So now the situation is under control, the huge majority of people can naturally deal with the virus on their own, and the new strains are less deadly. It's time to move on and focus on protecting the people that are the more vulnerable only, just like we do with any other illness ever.

Her single wasn't perfect, but it was good and she did have lot of potential for singing, she was kinda of an "all rounder" and was able to do lot's of stuff and was also willing to do it. I really can't see Gyari willing to let her go, because she would be the one that he would put his skills to use and lure his fans, so it was really something that he couldn't ignore and there was no way to work around.
