Why it fucks with you is that it keeps switching between types of gameplay. Some attacks are platforming sections. Some are danmaku. Some are weird permutations thereof. People stumble because their brain takes a moment to adjust to what they have to do, and then it's too late.

I've been saying this for months. My heart sank the moment I heard them say they were doing their own server, because I knew instantly that endless awaiting kino moments were all nullified.

The ENs basically have to be dragged into MC against their will these days. Of course they're bored with it, it's a tiny ass shitty Realm server with 5 people, and a 6th volunteer wasn't even fucking allowed to spice things up, how fucking sad is that. The big fun part of JP minecraft is all the interactions. You don't need to speak Japanese for shit for kino to occur. Moona's entire goddamn rise was based off random encounters in the JP server. Ollie has already had some great interactions hanging around on there, etc.

The JP server is the fucking lifeblood of Holo MC if not fucking Holo overall, maybe more important than Apex. EN MC only had a lot of steam initially from riding off of the overall EN hype, which is clearly toning down lately. More importantly the ENs just don't have an awful lot of motivation to do much on the server. If they wanted to build big fancy stuff, there's nobody to show it to, no rival construction groups etc. Apart from the others having houses there, it's not terribly different from solo play functionally.

Obvious suggestions -
>have an EN/JP gateway like how JP already has a resource server
>EN can wander over in a collab and start their own construction group
>atlantis was never built in good part because the proper materials are really hard to gather - conveniently, the JP server has a guardian farm
>ENs make Atlantis as a group because it's too much for Gura to tackle alone
>Kiara can build KFP branches there and proudly stick the Usada Ken logo on them
etc. That's just the obvious shit to do right when they get there, ignoring any unforeseen interactions.
