I think what JOPs don't realize is that 90% of JP and ID is centralized to one timezone and the need for a schedule is not too important since they stream in a singular "primetime" and can just tweet a time and expect a large portion of the potential viewers to see it. EN is spread out on 4 continents and is a literal timezone nightmare. They really don't get that luxary since someone like Ame can tweet a time in her timezone (say 11 PM PDT) and it will be morning in EU, afternoon in AU, middle of the night on the East Coast of NA and SA. its a huge difference in reach, so shcedules at least let potential fans know at least when to expect a stream vs how JP does it.

Here in EU land, pretty much all streams are very late at night. Having a schedule means we’re able to see which streams we’ll be able to/want to watch live.
Without a schedule the only EU viewers will be the unhealthily obsessed and people randomly refreshing YouTube at 3am.

Pseudo or literal mandatory scheduling is dumb, they hate it.

I actually looked up the statistics and while it's pretty bad in some more southern countries and fart smelling snobs like France it's still like 75-100 million potential viewers, it's a bit of an untapped market since the schedules are almost always EU unfriendly.
