The difference is that you can tell the JPs actually like Ollie. Everytime I've seen a JP interact with Ollie it seemed like they were having fun. But with Kiara there are interspersed moments of awkwardness and they seem a lot more reserved in general.
When Kiara is really happy and energetic you always get the feeling that she is on the verge of tears at any moment. But when Ollie is happy you can just tell its genuine happiness. You can tell that Ollie enjoys every moment of hololive, while kiara cries on (and definitely off) stream.
