Minecraft has been the only thing about the new Gen that I've watched. I want to see the new gen's reactions to all the work Myth has put in over the last year, I want to see their contributions to the server, their interactions with their senpai, and see what kind of interesting creations they can make themselves.

It's a long term collaborative creative sandbox effort that's easy to learn and hard to master. Not hard to see the appeal. It also has the cinematic universe effect where you need to watch all the streams to know everything that goes on or you might miss out on something important that gets referenced later.
