I'd assume Lumina's plan is going full Uto/Nabi and stream in Japanese for EOPs even though she is Korean. She's been doing lots of stuff for chuubas lately, including Ina's "Violet" video and loading screens and other assets for people like Nabi, Irys and Kroni so it makes sense for her to want to try to ride some of the wave. For 1, he/she/whatever they call themselves aren't Nabi. Like trying to copy any of the other more popular styles it only get you so far and you'll be lucky if you're not spammed with hate mail for being a shameless copycat.
For 2, being non-eigo with a Nabi face is more harm than good since the only ones who cares about Nabi faces are primarily EOPs as its been very well shown and established. You get a small boost but that's about all since it'll mostly be people coming to take a look.
For 3, being an indie already means even double digit is consider an accomplishment.

The Alice Cream girl's current model looks nothing like a nabi face but it seems like she's going to be upgrading to a fake nabi face model.
