I'd put Silver, Vei, Nyan, and Zen as the "good" gamers of the group in no particular order. Mouse, Froot, and Hime as average, and Mel as bad. If I had to pick a #1 I'd be hard-pressed between Vei and Zen. Vei plays fewer games but she seems like she gets into them HARD when she does and will do multiple extremely long streams to get through them. Zen plays a much wider variety of games but finishes fewer but probably has a much broader sense of what she plays. And even if Mel isn't bad there's thousands of games out there that don't require a high level of skill to be very entertaining at. I really liked her playing House Flipper and want to see her try stuff like Powerwash Simulator.

You likely be given about 3 days after stream airs for something short (10 minute range) or about a week for something longer (30 minute range). This is based off my experience with smaller, more independent people, so they might be a little different. VShojo is know to be very creator friendly and, I'm guess, more likely to work with you on how you want to do it. Also what >>10020306 said. You could get paid pretty well for something your doing for free. And since you're doing it for free already you can make whatever demands you want since they have no leverage on you. For me it's when I was trying to see what the deal was with VTubers, and I thought I didn't like VTubers for a while (I was only watching Hololive at the time) but since I liked some of their songs and added them to my music playlist (like Suisei, Kanata, and Toko's songs), VTuber-related content kept appearing in my recommended.
