This makes sense if you are a small streamer and you don't get any donations or subs very often. They just need to choose their notification sfx wisely. Holo doesn't do it because they get donations and subs every 15 seconds in a shit day.

They're good for smaller content creators since you can network easier because of raids and such. Just that most bigger twitch streamers has a worse looking chat (frogs..) and they have, most of the time, donating features that intentionally disrupt the flow of the stream i.e. jumpscare screams or door knocking.
