not all of that 4 staff per talents are personal managers anon. stars branch also need to pay people to do planning, merchs, stream assets, etc which is counts towards to that 4staffs per talent number.
Cover had 401 staffs last january, 4 staffs per talents meant that there are at least 300 staffs which deal with talent activities and 100 which aren't that off in terms of numbers.
