If nyan's career demonstrates anything, it demonstrates that all of us can move beyond being deeply bitter loners with the sole personality trait "shits up threads on 4chan." Despite a near-terminal case of 4chan brain and the efforts of an army of angry pedophiles, Nyanners has managed to create a life away from this place with her own interests, ambitions, and friends. She'll probably never fully escape from this site, but she's managed to part ways with it enough to create a real life for herself.
If the thought of pink cat living that life w/out you being a part of it makes you sad, you should follow in her footsteps and build something for yourself that isn't so closely tied up with all this online bullshit. (You) probably aren't talented, infamous, or female enough to make bank as an 8-10k CCV vtuber, but the single-minded focus and passion that you put into tracking Nyanners' discord activity or period could probably be directed towards more productive and fulfilling ends. Everything's healthy in moderation, but giving a streamer who doesn't know you exist this much power over your emotional wellbeing is just setting yourself up for heartbreak.
