She's great yes, however there are many many many just as great and hard working who will never make it anywhere and pay their own fuel to sing in some cheap bar in front of 10 people including 3 asleep. Or for friends or at marriages. For years I've been around when a pianist was missing for a small concert in bars and the amount of forever unknown amazing singers.
