What you're talking about is SITUATION VOICE- which isn't the majority of Vtuber ASMR.

It's recording their heartbeats, soft whispering sounds like JP onomatopoeia sounds -ぷっぷつ、ふーわつふーわっ、どきーどきー. Fabric shuffling sounds, water, etc.- like most other ASMR except it's a Vtuber avatar doing it.

At least know the shit you think you dislike before disparaging it. You're just a pleb disliking what you don't know otherwise.
