The real fix to the Discord mod issue is to purge everyone and choose new staff without any ties or attachment to the server, that can act independently and correctly. One of the corrupt ones is fired, and the rest of them are suddenly scared, perhaps they have something to hide? Ultimately this is just a bandage over a gaping wound. The mods will behave for a while but then they will return to their old, corrupt ways.

VTubers from smaller corps like Nene Amano, Kaneko Lumi or Fujikura Uruka are all better options for EN-only viewers not because they speak English better but because they fit the EN culture better.
