To get a gura collab you would need to be in several group collabs with her and try to talk to her a little bit but not too much or she will run away
Once you think she is comfortable with you, DM her a meme if she sends you one back you can try and talk to her. If she just replies with "hahaha" or a laughing emoji she is not comfortable enough yet but you could keep sending her memes once in while but not too often. If she doesn't reply at all you fucked up and have to wait at least a month until you try again or she will close up for good.
When starts conversations with you completely unprompted then you can ask her for a collab.
