That only makes sense if Rushia was somehow getting a better cut than the rest of the company. This is specifically about Q1 earnings, which does not include 4th EXPO, which was Q4 last year. They made 30% more money Q1 this year than Q1 last year, and yet the talents saw nothing of that 30%.
