Anchor under Candy Kingdom as Bloomer Cultural Exchange

The Candy Kingdom has long held firm on the supremacy of the bloomer and now it seems that tailors and clothsmith everywhere entered a new age of nightwear fashion and more nations seem to have joined them in what is now being called the Bloomer Boom.
Trade merchants and seamstresses all across the realm are stocking up on cotton and silk to meet the demand, but was this new trend divinely ordained or could it have some political angle? Sir Cushionero Fannybottom, an incredibly prestigious Luknight of fashion and fitting, had this to say.
"Naaa, the Fannybottoms have been fashioning undergarments for generations, and my great great great grandmother Lady Loomarie Muffinora fashioned several undergartments worn by members of the royal court, including Hime Vessels! Without a doubt, the bloomer is the peak of night time fashion and combines comfort, cuteness, and courtesy without sacrificing classiness, nanora! If bloomers are finding their place on foreign rumps, it's due to a rise in civility and noble taste nora!"
While many lutailors make similar boasts, the influence of the Candy Kingdom on its allied nations seems to be a major factor of the Bloomer Boom. Lunaito customs traditionally host sleepovers for their trusted allies and guests, during which the bloomer is the preferred clothing option for its comfortable mobility and modest nature. It is likely that Subatomo and Omarazu guests to a luknight's household returned to their respective nations with a newfound appreciation. Traveling Omarazu circus band would also spread the trend, especially after several occasions where a performers acrobatics resulted in an indecent exposure that was not planned in the lineup and considering that the puffy nature of the bloomer is also not dissimilar to the common wear of some jesters and clowns, it makes sense that the Omarazu would adopt the bloomer after their time in the Candy Kingdoms. Foreignaito slumber parties north and south of the Candy Kingdom also serve to promote the wear of bloomers, the frigid conditions of PPT and ShishiLamy territories make them almost a necessity along with thick furs and winter armors and to the south in the lands of Moriji and Towa, insulting fabric can serve to keep a luknight cool without the need to decloth themselves and the mere presence of the article of clothing is a comfortable reminder of home and prestige.
With the rise of bloomers does come a counterweight of bloomer supremacists who view the adoption of panties and non-bloomer undergartments as uncouth and ignoble. Many wealthy merchants and tradesman have petitioned lords to impose a tax upon the import of non-bloomer underwear and lingerie for this very reason and pro-panty petitioners have come to blows with "bloomer boomers" as they are sometimes called by their detractors in bars after a few too many drinks.
Regardless of minor disputes, bloomers seem to be on the rise across the Hololands and their promotion can only be expected to increase as more become accustomed to the prefered undergarment of nobility.
