How much interest do you think there'd be in a Pokemon clone with hololive mascots? I had tried to whip up a simple glorified sprite swap last year using the Pokemon Gen 1 disassembly, but my limited knowledge of assembly code prevent me from doing anything fancier than adding a new status move to the game. I think it'd be fun to one day do something more ambitious from scratch, going for a new elemental chart similar to what Touhou PDP does to better fit what I'd have to work with. I'd also probably de-emphasize evolution too, since a big issue I ran into with the Gen 1 mod was being forced to come up with a bunch of designs for evolutions that I wasn't particularly happy with.
