Wasn't familiar with Pera but I'm checking out some of his stuff and you've got a decent read even if you don't catch my streams. I could absolutely spend 20 minutes talking about pancake enjoyment. Thank you for the compliment.

As for here vtubers, that's really tough! I don't know a lot of the vtubers here that well. If I had to just spitball it though.

Sister Abigail - not sure if she's really a here vtuber, but she has great enthusiasm and I think she would be fun to see in character.

Callie - I sort of know Callie and she's experienced with table top. The fun for me would see how Callie plays and reacts to the world I've made.

Elliot Ambers - Elliot also seems table top experienced and I think playing a character would really give him a chance to goofball it up.

Kongou - I could see Kongou really committing to his character, even if they were different from him. A character as he is known easily fits a party.

I think the most important thing to me is that the players can really stick to a character, so when the dice fail them or something terrible happens, people break character and start laughing. For me that's the best part.

I'm pretty open to just about anyone though. Really feeling like I could run my one shot a few times with how strong the itch is.

Elliot is a pretty cool character all those massively dissociative, which I can relate to. I think we would probably get along Mystery Vtuber.

Yellowjackets is a newer show it looks like? Never heard of it. Dr. Horrible was a short series from a while back, made by Joss Whedon and portrayed by Neil Patrick Harris. Actually kind of enjoyable.
