I actually tried this one once(actually it was an anime figure discord) and it almost worked out. She didn't wanna live in a house full of lewd loli figures that'd prevent her from inviting her parents over, and I don't wanna throw out my lolis for a girl. Of course that's pretty presumptuous after just a few weeks of dating but it made sense to have that conversation early. If you do try to date a fellow weeb make sure your interests are actually compatible first.

Well, I think that's part of the issue. Shu and Petra were two of the few livers who were actually hardcore NijiJP fans before they got in. They probably cater their content based on that JP influence of maintaining a strict distance from their fans. Then on the other side you have people like Elira or Selen who are so parasocial towards their fans they'd spiral into depression if they couldn't stream for an extended period of time. I don't know which approach is superior, though if my oshi's schedules looked like Shu's I'd have dropped her months ago. Collabs shouldn't be more than a few times a week, it gets old fast when you're just reacting to other people on stream.
