There are filters there, a light airbrush at the face (for instance).
This girl is not part of the "pro cosplay circuit" tho, she's just a very cute girl that likes Hololive

I agree on the asian overuse tho, it's even worse than that, their cameras stock photo app come with those "beautifier" filters and usually pre selected too.
Some pro cosplayers (like NotKiara) go to the lengths of DEMANDING their fans to turn the beautifying filters on to make sure they never have any blemish in any picture.
It's a pity, they're already cute and don't need that for the most part
