It's particularly annoying since you just know that none of the JPs are going to do almost anything on the EN server anyway. We're basically gonna lose Mamatori content there and gain nothing.

Most of those submissions are trash. The pool of realistic candidates is relatively small and you're generally not going to be in it unless you've already built something or impress on your employer that you have considerable potential.

IRyS is new and could of course prove to be a flop, but Cover has shown very canny perception even in its choice of literal-whos. People who cry about luck are probably people who never had a shot to begin with.
