Basic answer is Triceratops, but if we're going more niche, then Chaoyangsaurus (picrel) because it looks like the dinosaur equivalent of a puppy and I'd want it as a pet. Also hell yeah, I don't think all dinosaurs had feathers, but there definitely could've been some species that had them that we have no idea about. I like the idea of a giant feathered T-rex shaking off water like a dog.
