Seems that pounce is dragon type which is not ideal for coverage, and it lowers your speed if the attack misses, at 80% accuracy it's a gamble that could destroy your setup. For scyther/scizor at least seems that there are better options.

I could see pounce being a fringe option for garchomp to make up for the lack of DD though that meta may not develop right from the get go as the new Salamence form boasts 123 base speed and already learns DD. Even if you don't abide by smogon's rulesets you'd be wiser to use the new salamence.

You should probably take a week to learn OBS and do some practice streams with a temporary vtuber model(you can buy cheap vtuber models on booth for like $5) then use that for your audition video.
I don't think a ton of streaming experience is necessary as long as you have some background in entertainment/content creation. for example Ike and Finana never streamed before they got in but did have experience in other things.

This game lacks murder and Ha Yun is kinda meh.
Plus it's JP, and biped sucks.
