At this rate, I think history is going to consider Scarle as the true catalyst for NijiEN's salvation or downfall. She is most trusted NijiEN liver right now, and for some, the only trusted one. Whatever happens to her is gonna be more important than any event before or after. If Anycolor and NijiEN leave her alone, she can potentially be the avenue in which goodwill with the public can be gradually rebuilt. If she graduates or worse gets terminated, then it really is over for NijiEN. The public will then more than ever just wait for and catch their favored livers after they eject from the company.

If AC and NijiEN were smart, they would simply leave her alone. If AC was cunning, they would make her the postergirl for reform instead of another tool for damage control. Let themselves be her punching bag for a while. Increase her exposure while downplaying/removing the bad actors. Allow the remaining livers who don't have heinous black marks against themselves strengthen their association with her without managerial backlash. This will give them a better chance at survival than letting their manager-talent hybrids and more rabid fans reckless attack people.

That being said, if they really want her to rep positive change, it should done be more organically and on her terms. It's not like she had 100% control of getting into the spot she's in, considering she didn't leak the Aster stuff to the public. Furthermore, her happiness and success don't need to be tied down to AC. So I won't blame her for just leaving. People will definitely follow. Though if she does stay, I hope she positively makes the most of her unique position and that AC lets her, if they know what's good for them.
