Notes:
>Across the board everyone was mostly down about 10%, a lot of which was due to weak overall viewership on twitch the end two weeks of January. This goes in line with the last two years where that stretch of late January through mid March are typically viewership dead zones for the largest vtubers. Expect this to be the continued trend for the next two months.
>Filian was a big drop off, but that was mostly her buff from the Vtuber awards wearing off.
>Shylily was the big up this month with the new model pulling in viewership that rivaled her peaks in 2023. She also now has a subathon going, which generally the new model+Subathon combo is a general debuff, however in Lily's case it may work out to lack of events this month, We'll have to wait and see.
>The other two names that were up big this month were Limes, Lanya, Bao, and Vienna. Limes has been blessed with her shorts being hits on the youtube shorts algorithm, similar to what got filian big. If this keeps up it will keep drawing viewers in, making her potential for 2024 very high. Layna has been plugging away for a while and finally has reached that decently consistent 2k zone. Before her break, Bao has been in peak streaming form with a lot of very fun streams that have been drawing viewers in. Vienna's buff can simply be explained by she's actually streaming somewhat consistently. Hopefully she won't see her shadow and go back into hiding for 3 more weeks of winter.
>Most of the mid sized liggers stayed around their 3 month average with no real variation. Considering we are in the dead months, no news is good news.
>Olivia, Shondo, and Camila are all within striking distance of some of the last slots on the top 20. Keep an eye on all 3 of them since any one of them could blow up.

>The Majority of the list as well as most of the mid sized/small liggers were either slightly up or about the same for their viewership this month, and most of the vtubers who were down were under 10%. October through December was remarkably consistent.
>Filian massive viewership bump for the Vtuber awards that carried extra viewership over the entire month
>Neuro's viewership is up due to the subathon, and Anny also got a viewership bump due to her relation to said subathon. Anny has consistently been over 3k since last summer and is now doing better numbers than she ever has.
>Nyanners, Onigiri, and Cottontail all rode new outfit reveals to big bumps in CCV.
>Saruei Rode like a bat out of hell to her highest viewership month since April. This is more of a return to form for her to her glory days. It will be interesting to see how she fares in January, a notoriously slower month.
>Ash had a whopping 82% Viewership increase. She's the biggest beneficiary of the return of the GTA RP meta, and expect her to be 1.5-2K viewership until the meta grows stale again.
>Lucy made the top 20 this month for the first time ever, a major milestone for her. Her collaborations and associations with Numi and her friends have been a big shot in the arm, and if Lucy makes herself a mainstay, she will likely hover around the bottom of this list for the foreseeable future.
