Beryl's face does not come off as very feminine to me. His body proportions are pretty feminine though, his shoulders would be extremely narrow for an adult man and are about the same width as his hips. His stomach also is much thinner than is normal. Overall, to me, he comes off looking like an anorexic male-to-female trans teenager who is struggling with anorexia and who started hormone replacement therapy a little bit after his male puberty began ramping up in earnest.
