good thing none of those are actually required to be a good entertainer. All she needs to do is... create entertaining content, which she pulled off in spades. She doesn't need to sing "well" if she instead catches your eyes and ears with fun visuals and true, wholesome effort.

Yes. That plush was part of the auction though and wasn't made by her, but a lot of her merch is. I don't know if she still takes emote commissions, but she used to all the way up to the termination and slightly after her redebut.
People tend to forget that Doki's actually an artist herself.
