thats the issue with chuubanite having to be this scientific thing to begin with that needs to be rooted in being able to be explained in a 100page paper on hwo it radiates and at what rate ect that people stopped perceiving it as a method of magic but instead as a reasonable substitute for advanced science to have their own technology that can compete with the ever growing pushed technology of the "advanced" nations

1750 honestly was also a bad chocie for the current standard as it is too close to the industrial revolution where even the smallest advancement given leads to needing inorganic bans on technologies like assembly lines and steamboats ect while being too far ahead that to be on the standard of the world you NEED to have certain stuff or else you are "behind" and basicly have to rely on the goodwill fo the thread like the risuners.

They are only capable of slowly buidling new ones and to repair themselves. they cannot be aggressors in any conflict by choice. they will not defend the retro reich if the reich decides to be the aggressor in some conflict on their own. they cannot lie and they are naive and foolish.

other than that, aroudn half our navy is up to current standard, the rest of the navy is older and the standing army is too, the nation overall is more akin to 1600's than to 1750 with maybe some exceptions that i cannot think of right now but woudl not be over 1750

one of you two is the rep for the both of you when it comes to voting for example but both of you are fully free to write, the only time it would matter is if the both of you completly disagree in matters of your nation then technicly the rep is the position of power but if he ever goes insane and would abuse that then outsiders can interfere so its not some absolute either
